Meeting Notice
Seed Savers Up North is our local seed network – part of the Seed Savers Network Australia wide. It is a non-profit group of people who are passionate about saving our plant heritage and preserving the genetic basis of tomorrow’s food.
We provide gardeners living in Far North Queensland with an opportunity to learn about the importance of seed saving and provide an outlet for swapping plant materials, seeds, and growing information.
We will be holding our next meeting:
WHEN: Saturday 22nd August 2009
TIME: 10:00pm-12 noon Seed Exchange
12.00-1.00pm Shared Lunch
1.30-5.00pm Introduction, circle, garden tour,
Raffle, afternoon tea, networking
