Clearly written by one of our former interns, and beautifully illustrated, this 70 page book is a practical guide for saving seeds in the villages of the Pacific. We provide it as a pdf here as it is out of print.
This is a pdf of an abbreviated translation done by the Bulgarian Seed Savers. If you have any comments please email michel@seedsavers.net. We are working in the Balkans over the next few years and would love to make contacts.

Yarra Valley Seedsavers
Date Founded:
2008-11
Coordinator: Chris Brock.
Chris ran Alice Springs Seedsavers for the seven years before moving to the Yarra Valley where he teamed up with some great seedsavers to start the Yarra Valley Seedsavers group. Chris has a blog that tracks the progress of his food producing endeavours :http://theforestabode.blogspot.com/
Graeme George is the custodian and grower of many vegetable varieties not to mention hundreds of varieties of fruit trees in his Healesville property.
The group meets four times a year depending on the demand. We have a seed bank which comes to all meetings. The groups hopes to encourage the saving of locally adapted varieties of seeds and collectively have lots of useful knowledge to offer people who are new to the valley.
Graeme George has a stall at the Healesville Organic markets every Saturday morning.
