and eat - taro, cassava, slippery cabbage (Hibiscus esculentus),
blue banana tree; and the magic and ritual plant - Cordyline
terminalis.

Cassava,
also known as tapioca is a staple in much of the world. It
originated in the savannah of Brazil and is best eaten roasted
in our opinion.
Here
the massive tubers are being harvested by interns Rhys and
Shinji. They must be eaten within twenty four hours of harvest.
